1. Scope
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to all digital products, recordings, courses and downloadable content offered by AHASH ONE OÜ ("we") to you ("the licensee").
2. Grant of license
Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, redistribute, sub-license, sell, share, broadcast, publicly perform, modify or create derivative works from any content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from us.
4. Account access
You are responsible for keeping any login credentials confidential. Account sharing is not permitted.
5. Intellectual property
All content remains the intellectual property of AHASH ONE OÜ or the respective rights holders. No transfer of ownership is implied or granted by this EULA.
6. Termination
We may terminate this license if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the content and delete any copies in your possession.

8. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
