1. Provider
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between AHASH ONE OÜ ("we", "us") and the participant ("you") for any service booked through awakeningsun.com.
2. Services
We offer online rituals, in-person retreats, group circles and digital products. The specific scope, schedule and price of each service are described on the relevant booking page.
3. Booking and payment
A booking becomes binding once you have completed the registration form and we have confirmed receipt by email. Payment is due at the times stated on the booking page.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a booking up to 14 days before the start of the service for a full refund unless otherwise stated on the booking page. Closer to the start, refund terms specific to that program apply.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer and book a digital service that has not yet started, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law.
6. Participation
Participation in any practice we offer is voluntary and at your own responsibility. You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for personal injury or where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Place of jurisdiction is Tallinn, where permitted.
